I have made this lovely small bag from a remnant of teal blue velvet fabric I have sourced. It is fully lined with floral Liberty fabric, has two small inside pockets and has a tie close. Comes complete with a matching hair scrunchie which can easily be removed.
This is a lovely bag to take out for a summer evening or to a special occasion.
